The owners of this beautiful home in Lancaster, MA recently became young empty nesters, when their two children moved out. With the help of Kitchen Associates, they are now re-inventing their lifestyle in a house they love and have lived in for over 20 years.
The goals of this kitchen remodel were to remove the builder-grade cabinets that came with the house and replace them with high quality WoodMode “ribbon mahogany” cabinetry. Doing so would increase the functionality of the kitchen, as well as the value of the home. Soffits were removed in the ceiling and over the cabinets. Pipes were moved and a new custom soffit and crown were installed. Pro-grade Wolf/SubZero appliances provide additional cooking output and food storage when the homeowners entertain upwards of 50 guests during holidays. The convection steam oven is a favorite new feature that compliments their healthy lifestyle and the beverage refrigerator is invaluable when it comes to hosting guests.
